The Luncheon also included an interview which took place in cooperation with the Femisphere network from Berlin. Ali Reder from Femisphere spoke to Franziska Zeiner from Fein Games about her experiences and the special working environment at Fein Games.
Womenize! Workshops 2021 – online
As part of gamesweekberlin, Womenize! offered a whole day of workshops – and since this was in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, it all happened online.
Our speakers shared insights in topics like mental health, diversity in game development, or working with Unity.
Womenize! Games & Film 2019 – Cologne

The Womenize! Action Day for New Talent in Tech, Digital Business and Media took place at Microsoft Berlin on April 21, 2016.

In the afternoon, we also offered workshops and coaching for our attendees, as well as lots of time for networking.
Womenize! Games & Tech 2015 – Berlin
Taking place at the occasion of the nationwide Girls’ Day, the very first Womenize! event was an action day about recruitment and career training of women in the digital economy.
Like in future years, Womenize! was embedded as a core event into International Games Week Berlin (later renamed gamesweekberlin).
Berlin’s Senator for Economics, Technology and Research, Cornelia Yzer, opened the Womenize! action day, which aimed at companies, female professionals, trainees and students. The event received overwhelming feedback and response, signalising that this format was much needed – so we continued in the following years, and today we’re still here.
