Community Guideline

Our community adheres to a set of guidelines encompassing a code of conduct and behavioral standards to ensure a positive and respectful environment for everyone. Violating the guideline entails consequences, such as warnings or even exclusion from our events.

Code of Conduct

Respect and Tolerance: Respect the diversity of attendees and their individual experiences and perspectives. Insults, discrimination, and demeaning behavior will not be tolerated.
Inclusivity: Welcome all participants regardless of gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, abilities, or background.
Confidentiality: Ensure that personal information or conversations held in confidence are respected and not shared without consent.
Non-Violence: Physical or verbal violence, threats, or harassment are unacceptable and will be reported and addressed immediately.
Respectful Communication: Communicate respectfully and politely with each other, avoiding aggressive or derogatory language, and remain open to different opinions.
Safe Online Interactions (if applicable): Ensure that all online interactions are respectful, and take action against cyberbullying or harassment.

Behavioral Code

Respect Privacy: Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of other participants. Always ask for permission before sharing personal information or taking photographs.

Conflict Resolution: In case of conflicts or concerns, reach out to the moderation or organizers to find an appropriate solution.
Active Participation: Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive space by actively engaging in discussions and encouraging others to do the same.
