As part of a publicly funded project, a series of innovative and sometimes even experimental formats will be held at various locations in Germany in collaboration with regional gaming hubs, focusing on topics such as leadership, career development, startup founding, and financing.

The formats are aimed at women across different stages of their careers from those just starting out to experienced professionals with a particular focus on the games and tech industries. The goal of our W! Masterclasses is to impart knowledge, promote exchange, and support women in establishing themselves in the industry over the long term. Through parctical sessions, expert insights and peer exchange, participants will gain knowledge, connections and tools they can apply to their careers.
